Just for Fun - Week 3

This weeks challenge over at Just for Fun is entitled "Oh for the wings of a bug". I decided to make an ATC using butterflies.

My brother has recently taken up canoeing for a hobby. Its his birthday next week so I found a cartoon image on the old internet and used that!

A simple card

I've made a simple card using one of my new embossing folders. I used distress inks to colour the butterflies and added gems on the raised circles.

Birthday Card

Just been pottering about in my craftroom and made a birthday card for my hubby. As you can probably tell - he likes to play golf!

Just For Fun - Time Flies

The Just for Fun challenge this week is to carry on using wings but to add a time element to it.

I have made an ATC I used my free stamp from Craft Stamper and stamped the words then masked them to add the clock background. I added some wings to the watch. All inks are Distress inks.

Blogging mojo has returned

Not really been in the mood to craft lately - no blogging for ages! Think I may be back in the swing of things now - done a few cards this weekend using nothing but scraps from my bits and pieces box. With a bit of luck these might just get me back into crafting again along with a little help from my friends:)
