Crafting Corner Variety Swap - July
This months variety swap is entitled "Have a heart". You could make anything at all as long as it had a heart on it. I decided to make a phone/handbag charm and used shrink plastic with some of my heart shaped stamps. The recipient for my piece is Galoo - hope she likes it.

Lots to do Challenge - Acetate
This weeks challenge at Lots to do is "Acetate". I have made and ATC using the caught in crystal technique but instead of leaving the tissue paper on I have taken it off! I then put the acetate onto an ATC sized piece of card and stuck the image of "Mona" on and then stamped the word "Dream" and stuck that on the acetate. I then drew a frame around her and finally sandwiched it all between more acetate and attatched it with brads.

9-4-9 ATC swap
Alison (Mommabear) is hosting a 9-4-9 ATC swap over at Lots to Do. There is no theme so I have gone with butterflies. The background is glimmermists and then I have used my rollagraph and stamped the handwriting in black staz-on. I then used a swirly stamp (rollagraph) and stamped that with embossing ink and used enchanted gold embossing powder. I used CB butterflies and then added the words which were die cut with my CB.

Gothic arch swap - Lots to do
Over at Lots to do - Andrea is hosting a Gothic Arch swap. There is no theme but you must use at least one item that has been recycled. For my recycled items I have used (The bottom two arches) heart shaped pieces of leather (from some new shoes!!!) which I have embossed silver. A tassel and twine which was on a birthday card (borrowed from my dad!!!)

Lots to do challenge - Paris
The theme this week over at the Lots to do challenge is "Paris". I have made a collage for this challenge with some of the things I loved seeing when I was there a few years ago. I went on the Metro - boy was that mad!!! Myself and hubby ventured to the top of the Eiffel Tower - the views were breathtaking. I couldn't get over the volume of traffic around the Arc De Triomphe!!! The splendour of the Sacre Cour with all its white marble. I must go back and visit again.

Gothic Arches - Roses
This week on Gothic Arches the theme is Roses.
I used glimmer mists as my background colour and then added a rose that I have coloured in with my Sakura pens and then added the stamped images of a couple and lightly coloured them with distress ink. I stuck a paper rose to the mans hand and then added the stamped wording.
The theme on TGIF is red flowers so it fits in there too.

Saturday Workout - Circles
It seems ever such a long time since I took up the challenge over at Saturday Workout. Well as I was in a crafty mood today I have made an ATC. I used a CB embossing folder then I sprayed the card with glimmer mists. I then added my little girl image. Stuck the flower and button on and then stamped the words. I finally added some detail with my white pen.

Lots to do Challenge - collage
The theme this week on the Lots to do Challenge site is "Collage". I wasn't too sure as to what I would come up with but decided to collage a colour. I did a lucky dip in my bits box and pulled out a small piece of red card. So my colour was decided. I used different shades of red backing paper and stuck them on. I stuck red ribbon to the left. I cut out the RED and the swirl with my CB and there you have it!!!
