Lots to do Challenge - Little boxes

I have made a shadow box ATC for this weeks challenge.
I have used distress inks in browns and greens to colour my card and then added an image of a lady. I then used some sequin waste to add some terracotta ink and then stamped the word "beauty".

Lots to do challenge - wire

This weeks challenge is "wire".
I have made an ATC, I stamped my image with black staz-on and then masked it and added my background in olive green staz-on. I then got a length of wire and threaded small red beads onto it and then shaped it into a crown. I then added DYMO words of Queen for a day.
This ATC also can be used for this weeks Sunday Stamper as the theme there is "Diamonds"

Ryans 21st Birthday

Well its finally got here and I can't believe it. My son is 21 tomorrow!
OMG it only seems like yesterday that he was born.

This is the card I have made for him. I even made the box too!
I used a cuttlebug embossing folder for all the backgrounds and gently rubbed broken china distress ink over them.
I coloured the chipboard key in gold and added some distress ink to age it.
I used my cuttlebug alphabet for the letters and numbers.
I found some pictures that Ryan will be highly embarrassed about:) aged 9 months, his very first day at school, first year at high school, final year at high school and finally one taken a couple of months ago. I also added a verse at the end.

Lots to do challenge - Mask it

This weeks challenge is "mask it".
I have made an ATC this week, I used tattered rose distress ink and gently wiped it all over my card. I then stamped my image onto the card with black staz on. I then added the stamp "beauty" and then masked the stamped areas with scrap paper. I found some sequin waste and placed it on the left of the card and rubbed tea dye distress ink into it. I then masked off the whole area and used a crafty individuals stamp for the rest of the background. To finish the ATC off I ran some metal through my wizard and used my atc elements plate for the corners which I added a little alcohol ink to them.

Recipe swap - March

For this months recipe on the Lots to do forum we had to make:

1 ATC
1 Gothic Arch
1 Skinny

We had to have the following ingredients too:
an animal image
some ribbon
3 gems
the colour purple.

Lots to do challenge - gorgeous gesso

I made this simple atc this week for the challenge. I spread gesso on the card and let it dry. I then wiped broken china distress ink over it. I then stamped a flower border to one edge and added some gems to the centre of the flowers and then added a tim holtz stamp too.

Tag Swap - Use something new

I got this gorgeous stamp in the latest docrafts goody bag. Isn't it adorable.

I simply stamped the image onto my tag and then coloured in with whispers pens. I then masked off the stamp and added distress inks as a background. I added a small gem to the flower and threaded ribbon through.
